Administration & Tenant Management

  • Collect all rents and deposit in trust to be disbursed to the Landlord/Owner
  • Pay routine, pre-approved operating expenses out of rental receipts
  • Liaise with Owner to obtain approval for any extraordinary expenses
  • Communicate with the tenant to ensure they are aware of all rules & regulations at the property
  • Deal with tenants on behalf of the Owner on all matters related to the property and provide annual rent receipts to tenants
  • Maintain an accurate account of receipts and disbursements, and provide the Owner with a detailed monthly accounting statement
  • Monthly expenses including property management fees to be paid from collected rents & all receipts will be kept on file for the Land Owner
