• Liaison with owner to implement scheduled maintenance for their property and specific needs
  • Conduct periodic on-site inspections when required of the property including semi-annual smoke alarm/CO detector inspections which will be documented for the landowner
  • Arrange for all necessary landscaping and snow plowing services
  • Coordinate necessary inspections required by the City & Fire department
  • Coordinate 24-hour emergency maintenance service as required
  • Recommend special maintenance initiatives as required
  • Identify qualified contractors, solicit bids for necessary work, review contractors’ qualifications and inspect work as it proceeds to ensure that the interests of the Owner are protected
