Have been using them to manage my properties for the past 4 years. Definitely one of the best property management companies out there. They always respond to tenants in a timely manner, providing myself (the owner) zero headaches. Their fees are very fair, considering the excellent service they provide. If there are any repairs required, it is done in a timely manner, and units also get rented in a timely manner. I have had absolutely no issues with them in the last 4 years, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for someone to manage their properties in the Niagara region.

I cannot say enough good about Brick Properties. They are amazing professionals who turned around my properties no wonder my friend, a local realtor recommended Eli and team. They have been fantastic, very responsive and on top of things. I like the fact they can provide sound advice in sticky situations and will keep your interests in mind but serve the rental clientele too. You will be extremely satisfied!!

Brick Properties has and continues to be a great business experience for my wife and I. They are honest and direct with the landlord and the tenants, creating an atmosphere of trust and good will. This is a great property management company who responds quickly to each question and works diligently to come up with the right solution for tenants. They understand how to properly manage a property for the owner and work with the owner to come up with the best solutions for both the owner and tenant. They ensure payments are made on time and are diligent to check on properties and make sure it is well taken care of. If you’re looking for someone responsible and fair then you want this company.

I am a Landlord and use Brick properties inc to manage my rental units. They are always able to take my calls and answer any question I have. They fill units with good quality tenants and take care of all maintenance work the building needs. 10 out of 10 do recommend.

Good experience. Those giving negative reviews are the same tenants that skip out on their rent and have to be evicted or want a mansion for nothing. Service is professional and responsive. I would recommend them to others.
